MATCHMAKING

Our Matchmaking Events are an opportunity for suppliers to potentially meet with Corporations. We only accept one person per company to register for Matchmaking. Supplier companies can have peers join them in their Matchmaking meetings.

Matchmaking will take place in-person. Suppliers must register for the East Coast Conference to participate. A virtual option will only be available for our corporations. Detailed emails with instructions will go out to all attendees.

Pre-requisite for Matchmaking

Any individual or company who would like to apply for matchmaker meetings must be a current and paid DA4S Member.
Each current Supplier Member needs to register and complete their profile for corporations to review.

March 20 – Deadline Date for Profile Set-Up
All attendees must have their profile complete in the Eventdex Platform.

March 23 – April 3

• Corporations will be invited to access the matchmaker portal and start selecting suppliers to meet with.
• During this time we ask suppliers to please be patient and do not try to access the portal while the meeting selections are taking place.
• Corporations will choose suppliers to meet with after reviewing completed profiles.
• Suppliers will receive invitations to confirm acceptance for a meeting.
• Please do not contact us once you set up your profile and are unable to find corporations to request meetings.

April 7
The portal request will be opened to suppliers starting at noon ET. At that time registered suppliers can invite corporations to meet if slots are available.

April 10
All selections must be complete.

April 20
All match meetings finalized. Portal closed.

Are Members Guaranteed a Meeting?

• Matchmaker Meetings are driven by the sourcing needs of participating DA4S National Corporate Members, not by DA4S. There is NO guarantee that a DA4S Member will be invited to participate in a 1:1 Matchmaker Meeting as the corporations will select suppliers within categories they are currently looking to meet.
• Matches are solely selected by the corporations independently.
• DA4S is not responsible for pairing any matches.

If you miss these deadline dates and do not receive any matches – we will not be able to assist you. It is extremely important that you follow all instructions sent via email and meet the deadline dates.
