ROUNDTABLE CONNECTIONS

Thank you to all of those who participated in our Roundtable Connections session in 2025. 2026 information coming soon,

Attendees do not need to RSVP for this session. A list of companies available to connect with will be available on the Event App. The Event App will also share a list of categories the corporates are looking to connect with.

How it works:

  • Suppliers select a table to sit at to meet the corporation.
  • Prepare and practice your 30 second pitch to introduce your company, then allow for discussion with Q&A.
  • You are welcome to bring your one page capabilities statement, but they are not required.
  • Suppliers please be mindful of others at your table. Allow for everyone the opportunity to speak.
    This is NOT a 1:1 session. It is a group conversation.
  • Etiquette – Suppliers do not leave the table you are seated at until the round ends. Do not join tables after the round begins.

How TO PREPARE:

  • Bring business cards to exchange. We also recommend putting one on the back of your conference badge, so others can take a photo.
  • Create a target list but be open to meeting other corporations. You never know when an unexpected connection can lead to opportunities! Supplier to Supplier connections matter just as much as Supplier to Corporation.
  • Make sure your LinkedIn profile is up to date as many attendees use that to make connections.
  • Each round will be approximately 20 minutes, then Suppliers rotate to another table. There will be a total of 4 rounds.
  • If more than one person per company is attending we recommend that you each sit at different tables.
